Shipments and returns


The seller will ship the products and services in the door-to-door courier system to buyers in the European Union, only after the products have been paid for in full. The estimated term for delivery is 2-7 working days for the European Union, this term being influenced by the organization of the courier company and the destination of the delivery. The delivery term is considered to be met on the date of shipment of the products by the Seller via DPD International.

2. If the package cannot be delivered for any reason, such as the recipient not responding, the specified address is wrong, the package will be at the courier's premises for a period of time and if the package is not picked up by the Buyer within a reasonable time, will return to the Shipper, in which case the Buyer bears all shipping and other expenses that the Seller would incur with the second shipment.

3. Seller is not responsible for delayed shipments, loss, destruction, damage, non-delivery or misdelivery of a shipment or part thereof.

4. The packaging of the products is included in the selling price of the products. The products sold will be marked, labeled and stamped according to the law.

5. The applications that are accessories to the products or services and are intended for their best use, can be downloaded from the website or another directory indicated by the Seller. In order to effectively run these applications, the Buyer will need to own a drive that meets the system requirements communicated by the Seller in any way.


For the return, the customer must prove the purchase by presenting the original tax receipt or the tax invoice issued by Agro Infinity SRL, the company to which the website belongs.

1. Giving up purchased products without citing any reason, according to O.U.G. 34/2014 (Romania) regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in the account opened on the platform that he is canceling the purchase, without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered (no signs of use, no damage, in the original packaging, sealed, undamaged and without notes on it). The delivery and return costs will be borne by the customer, and the partial or total refund of the value of the product/products will be made within 14 days after the return.

2. Products that show defects or damage at the time of reception

If you receive a defective product, please contact the Agro Infinity team at the e-mail address: to report the problem and request a replacement with a new product or a refund of its value. In this case, the return and, possibly, shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by Agro Infinity SRL.

3. Wrongly delivered products

If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order, you can return the product for replacement or request a full refund of its value. If you want to replace it with a product with a higher value, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. In this case, the return and possibly shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by Agro Infinity SRL. The reimbursement of the product value will be made by bank transfer or, where it is not possible, we will mutually agree on another method.
