The growth substrate for sprouts and microplants is made from 100% naturally processed, chemical-free industrial hemp (Cannabis Sativa).

The package weighs 320 grams and contains 24 hemp growing substrates measuring 12.5 cm (width) * 18 cm (length) certified for use in the Babylon Garden hydroponic system to grow sprouts and microplants.

After each use, the hemp substrate is disposable or can be used as compost and is 100% biodegradable.

Hemp as a plant has a negative carbon footprint, so each pack of 24 pieces stores approx. 480 grams of Co².

Hemp is a natural insect repellent and is ideal for Babylon Garden's organic hydroponic system, which uses no inorganic nutrients or pesticides.
