Chef John suggests a delicious recipe with chicken and orange/lemon sauce.

Ingredients for 2 people:
2 pieces chicken breast ( aprox 400 g )
1 Ishtar tray radish microplants
1/4 cup fresh orange/lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix orange/lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Fry the chicken breast for 6-8 minutes on each side (or until fork can be inserted ), add the above sauce, then the microgreens and cook for about 2 minutes more.
