Chef John is with us again and proposes delicious bruschetta with avocado and Daikon radish microplants.
The microplants in the recipe were grown in the Babylon Garden System from certified organic seeds.
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 ripe avocado
1 Ishtar tray of microplants of your choice (we used Daikon Panzer radish)
8 slices of toast
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mash avocado and add radish microgreens, salt and pepper to taste. Rub slices of toast with garlic, add avocado and radish microplant mixture on top.
